These terms apply when you use Reclaim, the app at app.reclaim.day, and this website. Reclaim is run by an independent developer in Germany (see the imprint). By signing in and using Reclaim, you agree to them. They’re short on purpose.

What Reclaim is

Reclaim is a personal tracking app for smoking, vaping, drinking and medication, with check-ins and a journal. It’s free. There are no paid plans, ads or in-app purchases.

Not medical advice

Reclaim is a tracking tool. It doesn’t give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn’t replace a doctor, pharmacist or other professional. Reclaim doesn’t send reminders or notifications, so don’t rely on it to tell you when a dose is due. Talk to a professional before changing your medication, and before stopping alcohol suddenly if you drink heavily, because withdrawal can be dangerous. Your data

What you enter is yours. It’s saved in your own Google Drive, as the privacy policy explains, and we can’t see it. You’re responsible for your Google account and for keeping backups; Settings lets you download one at any time. Your use of Google Drive is covered by Google’s own terms.

Using Reclaim

Use Reclaim for your own personal tracking. Please don’t try to break, overload or misuse the app or the site.

Availability and changes

Reclaim is offered as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end it. If we plan to end it, we’ll say so in the app in good time, so you can download your data. Your files stay in your Drive either way.

Liability

Reclaim is free, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it, such as lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, say so in the app. German law applies, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
